4-Week Enrichment Session

9/11, 9/18, 9/25 10/2

Run, throw, kick, catch, and play! Field Sports Fundamentals introduces children to a variety of popular field sports through fun games, skill-building activities, and friendly competition. This active program focuses on developing athletic skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence in a supportive mixed-age environment.

Each week, students will participate in engaging drills, cooperative challenges, and game-based learning experiences that help build coordination, agility, balance, speed, and overall athletic ability. Participants will be exposed to skills commonly used in sports such as soccer, football, kickball, ultimate frisbee, and more.

Our mixed-age format allows younger students to learn from older peers while giving older students opportunities to develop leadership, mentorship, and teamwork skills. Activities are adapted to meet students where they are, ensuring every child feels challenged, supported, and successful.

Throughout the session, students will:

  • Develop fundamental movement and athletic skills
  • Practice throwing, catching, kicking, passing, and teamwork
  • Improve coordination, balance, agility, and spatial awareness
  • Build confidence through active participation
  • Learn sportsmanship and cooperative play
  • Develop leadership and teamwork skills in a mixed-age setting
  • Participate in age-appropriate games and challenges
  • Stay active while having fun outdoors

This class is designed for children of all athletic abilities. Whether your child is an experienced athlete or simply enjoys running and playing with friends, Field Sports Fundamentals provides a positive environment where every child can grow, learn, and succeed.

Perfect for energetic learners who love movement, games, teamwork, and outdoor fun.
